Park City Girls Weekend: What to Do / Where to Eat

I just got back from a long weekend in Park City with my high school/college group of girlfriends and thought I’d do a photo dump of everything we did in three days. Fortunately, one of my girlfriend’s family owns a beautiful home in Deer Valley at the Stein Ericksen residences so we have a free place to stay with wonderful amenities but we still ventured into town for lunches, dinner and drinks. PC in the fall is one of the most beautiful places I’ve been. The leaves are all bright yellow, red and orange and the weather is crisp and cool. The restaurants are all top tier and the night life is poppin haha! We had a blast and it’s a yearly tradition I look forward to.. mostly because I don’t get to see my California girls very often. So when we are reunited, we do it right.

This is the pool that walks out to the spa at the Stein Eriksen Residences and it is absolutely stunning. We spent one afternoon in the hot tub with champs overlooking all of Deer Valley. My gf says the prime locations to stay are the St. Regis and Montage for the top tier hotels to stay at, especially during peak ski season.
Every morning we got breakfast and coffee at the lodge then ventured out
Day 1 of heading to Main Street: my hat is from Burns, a very famous hat shop in town that is a must see! They do all of the hats for the cast of Yellowstone.
No Name Saloon is iconic and we ate a casual lunch here on our first full day. Most of us got chili in a bread bowl because it was insaneeeeee. No Name is also a fun spot to drink at after dinner.
Heading out for night one: my boots are an Anine Bing knockoff from Nordstrom but sold out. I just saw Target has these that are identical
Night one we ate at Firewood. Most of the restaurants on Main Street are ”Western American” so a lot of MEAT but elevated lol. Below Firewood is the most gorgeous and mooooody bar called Nickel Bar because the entire thing is covered in nickels. A must stop.
After dinner, we went to the Spur for shotskis and a hangover. They have live music and it’s always jam packed.. but we got the party goin 😉
Day 2 we headed out to Stillman Ranch for horseback riding. I found my sweater at Nordstrom Rack.
They film a lot of Yellowstone on Stillman Ranch, which is 8,000 acres of privately owned land. Apparently Rips cabin was right behind us in this photo.
This is Margaret and she loved to stop and snack. Our guide was Walter and he was the quirkiest dude I’ve ever met but made our hour long ride so memorable and fun
I’ve known some of these girls since I was in elementary school and then our high school and college groups merged into one. The best thing about this group is there is no drama, everyone is easy going and on the same page. Grateful for our time together 🙂
The setting was incredible for a beautiful ride on the ranch. A lot of people go to Sundance to ride but this was way more authentic and just as beautiful. It felt like we were just riding in the open range.
The leaves were unlike anything I’ve seen and Washington has a beautiful fall.. but this was next level
Saturday night fit: blazer | leggings
The second night was our low key evening of dinner and back to the house for wine and games. We went to Purple Sage, which is my gf’s family’s favorite restaurant in PC. My friend and I split this beet salad to start and it was perfection.
We all got something different but I think the halibut was the best! My gf got the butternut squash ravioli and it was NEXT. LEVEL good but I could only have a bite it was so rich.
That’s a wrap.

I look forward to this trip every year and can’t wait to see what we come up with next. Last year we shot guns, this year we rode horses, and next year it might go snow mobiling or white water rafting depending on the time of year. Or maybe we just chill at the spa with champs because honestly, that was equally as much fun. Either way, Park City’s Main Street offers everyone a good time. Guaranteed.
