I have some crazy TMJ issues and so I have resorted to facial rolling every night with these shiny silver balls. Skinny Confidential has a version like her ice roller and I am TEMPTED but for now the drug store version is providing some relief to my jaw. Consistency is key with ice rolling, facial rolling and gua sha so I really try to do this every night before bed and sometimes in the morning before everyone is up and bugging me.
I love to read before bed but I don’t want the harsh blue light that disrupts my sleep so this amber reading light is the perfect solution. It clips to my book and has different settings (dim vs bright) and it also doesn’t disrupt my husband if he wants to sleep while I read (although he would sleep through a plane coming through the window so forget I said anything about him).
Living for a long duster cardigan in the fall. Looks expensive and elevated but with that H&M price tag we love. Pair it with jeans, a rancher hat, and a bootie and you can hit that pumpkin patch or apple orchard for ALL THE PICS.
I’ve shared this before, haven’t I? But was it on Favorites? Unsure. Probably but it’s worth sharing again. Best smelling fall candle for any room. I have two of the large sizes for my living room and entryway and smaller versions for the powder bath and kitchen. This b is everywhere.

A fall thru winter staple for me! I wore my other slippers to death and was ready for a new pair. These UGG slippers are definitely worth the hype (size up!) You can totally rock these out of the house, but I’ve designated them as my house shoes.
These blankets are so cute and cozy for the holidays and Quinn is obsessed and steals them for her room. I have like 5 different prints now and keep them all over the house. A cute and inexpensive way to decorate for Halloween and fall.
They nailed it! The 40 oz is great for me around the house, but it doesn’t fit in my car cup holder and just a brick to carry around. The 30 oz is so much lighter, fits in my cup holder, and does not spill as much as the 40 oz. I wouldn’t say it’s spill proof, but the design is much improved. It keeps my drinks so cold and has been my go-to water bottle as of late.
These are 100%! They fit like a dream, buttery soft, super flattering, and on sale! I honestly like them SO much more than my Lululemon align joggers. I will be ordering more colors esp. since I can wear them to work 😉
