I headed down to Orange County this past weekend to celebrate a couple of milestone birthdays and it’s one of those weekends that I soon won’t forget. From top to bottom, it was perfect and so good for the soul. Traveling home to OC is something I never take for granted anymore. I soak up every waking moment, head to the water as quickly as I can, hit up all my favorite spots, and spend time with my lifelong girlfriends who fill my cup.
I’ve been friends with some of these girls since elementary school but our core group really took off during college even though we were spread up and down California coast. My high school and college best friends morphed into one group of extraordinary women and it’s such a rare phenomenon we talk about often. We spent all day Saturday together and picked up right where we left off. Here are some snaps from the weekend well spent in CA:
