Wellness can mean so many things but to me it’s not just related to fitness. It’s my mental health, physical, sleep, and even skin health. That’s why my essentials below cover it all. And at the end of the day, sometimes I reward myself with a glass of champs (or aperol spritz or spicy marg) because that contributes to my overall mental health, too 😉
A visor, sun hat, and SPF for my skin. My massive Stanley to hold my water. A hand blender for my afternoon matcha. Ice roller to depuff post said champagne. And an amber reading light (no one needs blue light especially at night) and sound machine for sleep health.
