I haven’t done a WIAW post in a while, so I figured I’d take pictures of my eats for the day and share it with you guys. I’ll be the first to admit my plating and food pic skills are below average (Heather is totally cringing lol) Honestly, if my food pics ever look good on Insta there’s a 99.9% chance my husband plated the meal because that’s his thing…not mine! Anyways, this is real life and it’s not always pretty, but I promise you it tastes delicious.
5:45am 1/2 banana + shot of espresso
6:00am barre class
7:00am finished the other 1/2 banana on my drive home
7:30am coffee + 1 scoop vital proteins + splash of this creamer
7:45am sweet potato bowl using this recipe (just missing the “everything but the bagel” seasoning from Trader Joe’s)
10:30am 1/2 Perfect Bar (pumpkin pie flavor)
12:45pm Pressed Juicery citrus 1 + match packet
2:00pm Daily Harvest smoothie with 1 tbsp coconut butter and 1 scoop vital proteins
5:30pm A few bites of Quinn’s Mac & Cheese YOLO 😉
7:30pm Miso glazed salmon from Kristen Cavallari’s first book “Balancing in Heels” and I also roasted some butternut squash zig zags from Trader Joe’s, broccoli, and brussels sprouts in avocado oil. (I took a picture of the recipes for you guys to have…you can tell these are well loved recipes 😉
9:00pm Night cap! I always need something sweet before bed.
9:30pm: Time to read and get some sleep…night night!
