I was introduced to YSE (Molly Sims’ brand) over a year ago by a girlfriend who was raving about it and I finally decided to give it a try once my old tinted sunscreen ran out. I love the lightweight formula and subtle hint of color it gives while also protecting my face with SPF. It goes on so creamy and smooth.
We’re both huge Trip drink fans and I drink it nightly to get the best possible sleep. Sleep has always been a non negotiable for me and I need at least 8 hours a night to feel my best. I drink my Trip around 5 or 6 with dinner and I swear it puts me into the best type of sleep coma come 9 pm. I don’t wake up groggy.. just sleep all the way through the night without those stupid 3 am wake ups. Total game changer for me.
Allies of Skin Copper Peptide Serum
This is a pricey one and was a tough pill to swallow when it was recommended to me but Allies of Skin has some of the highest quality and cutting edge skincare on the market right now. Peptides in all forms is taking the world by storm and the science behind GHK CU, specifically for skin, was something I was extremely interested in. I spoke with my naturopath about the injections and she told me about this topical serum instead (because an injection is administered nightly and about $200 a month.. yuck). While I don’t think it’s AS effective as an injection, I’ve added it into my routine nightly after cleansing and after tretinoin to only help improve the appearance and texture of my skin (along with everything else I’m doing like lasers, microneedling, and above all SPF).
Tropicals Brightening Under Eye Mask
I purchased these before my trip to the desert for Stagecoach because I knew I was going to need all the help I could get running on fumes. Every morning I applied these brightening eye patches and sat in them ALL day. They helped bring my eyes back to life and I also think the pink is a cute touch. They stick and don’t move either.

I have slept with a regular eye mask nightly for years and have seen these weighted eye masks but never pulled the trigger. Luckily my girlfriends got me one for my birthday and I’m obsessed now. I was initially skeptical like what’s the point it will just fall off, but it really helps me fall asleep and feels calming when I put it on. I also use a pillow spray similar to this one on it.
Another birthday gift! Once again, I’ve seen a million influencers promote these diffusers but never tried it. My friends got me the mini diffuser with this scent and how have I been living without it? Pura has an app and you can schedule when you want the scent to diffuse, how strong you want it, what room of the house it is in, and my girls like to choose what color the light is. I have it run first thing in the morning and like to have a subtle scent go off in the living room.
I’ve had these pants on my radar for a while now, but I wasn’t sure if I could pull off the style. I went in person to the ALO store and tried them and and it was an instant YES for me. I love everything ALO makes with this waist band (I have 2 skirts and the shorts). These pants are unbelievably comfortable and can be dressed up for work or down for a more athleisure look. The price tag sucks, but I’ve already gotten so much wear out of them. Would make the perfect travel pants as well. Add to your Mother’s Day wish list 😉
Heather got a pair of these and when I looked online I fell in love with the pink, obviously. I’m always running out the door and love the option of being able to just slide into a pair of sneakers. They are super comfortable as well. The red are also to die for!
