I have these in multiple colors and they’re so comfortable. Also have these designer inspired ones. Havianas are my tried and true for the pool/boating/the beach. Lastly, these in all three colors combos are really popular right now. Love the pop of red.
What is your go to lip combo for a night out?
My current favorite is this lip liner in Icon Baby with this lipstick over in shade 44 Nude. The perfect pink nude combo in my opinion.
What are we wearing to the sports fields this spring/summer? So lost when I have to get dressed for my kids games!
Comfortable athleisure always. I have these pants for cooler baseball/LAX nights, shorts from Target, these pants are my tried and true and super lightweight, and then lighter layers on top with a windbreaker when needed.

I’m feeling burnt out of coming up with dinner ideas every night. Any suggestions?
It’s exhausting. I have a few blog posts that cover this. This post touches on the decision making fatigue and tips to simplify dinners. I wrote up a 5 day high protein + fiber meal plan and linked dinner recipes. Here is a what we are making for dinner post (should we post more of these?). I love Pinterest and Tiktok for recipe inspo too.
What made you start HRT? Were you having symptoms or wanting to prevent them?
I think I had a heads up knowing my hormones would likely go sideways earlier than most because of being diagnosed with premature ovarian failure when I was 35 trying to get pregnant with Kinsley. I was told I would likely go into menopause within the next 5 years (my doctor tells me every time we meet Kinsley is a miracle baby). Anyways, I’ve been on top of routinely checking labs and monitoring symptoms since then. I do think women should start get regular hormone panels checked starting at age 35 anyways. I started progesterone (day 1-14 of my cycle) about 2 years ago due to irregular periods and anxiety. We have kept a close eye on my labs and my body just cannot decide if it wants to go into menopause or not- sometimes my labs look OK and others they are tanking. My symptoms started to increase the past 6 months or so and we decides to start an estrogen HRT (patch) low dose and recently bumped it up and added in testosterone cream because my labs were very low! If you’re having symptoms- seek treatment. You don’t have to wait until your labs are tanking and suffer through feeling terrible before starting treatment.
Do you have a teeth whitener that you like and doesn’t hurt your teeth?
I love these whitening strips and have never had any issues with sensitivity with them.
I’m trying to increase my fiber. Can you link those high fiber seeds again?
Yes. Zen basil seeds! Easy to add into a smoothie, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.
