My favorite fall accessory! I love wearing them over my shoulders (over a denim or suede jacket) or as a bandana to spice up my outfit. It also adds a layer of warmth in the cooler temps we’re experiencing in the PNW. I love all the color options that Free People has and I got the “wine” one but also found some cute and affordable versions at my local TJ Maxx. This is also a great option with cute colors.
This set is my go to for Pilates/yoga classes and even for long walks and running errands. Alix and I recently got the dark brown color and think it’s perfect for fall. It’s also easy to throw on a long sleeve or jean jacket and you look put together for the grocery store or school pick up.
But this one specifically because it feels like it’s cashmere, looks like it’s cashmere, and it could pass for a Reformation sweater. Except it’s $32 on sale! I also picked up this cardigan in brown and navy to throw on with a tank and jeans.
I’ve been trying to actually get dressed more as I find it improves my overall mood and productivity. Add in a fun statement necklace and you’ve got yourself an outfit. I recently picked some up from Anthro, Nordstrom Rack and Marshalls to add to my collection of fun accessories to elevate a look. I love pairing a statement necklace over a denim shirt or just a tank + jacket. Here are some favorites:

I wanted a new pair of Adidas for fall and had my eyes on these, but they were sold out in my size. I went with these Back 70 sneakers and I’m obsessed. I love the color and they are very comfortable. These be a fall staple with jeans and a sweater. Heather and I also both have Back 70 mule sneakers which are also a great option we both love.
Vuori
I am finding myself reaching for and buying Vuori more than any other activewear brand at the moment. I love ALO for their skirts and Lululemon for their leggings, but other than that I am reaching for Vuori. Here is a roundup of my current favorites:
I got these in green to match both girls soccer team colors and I’m obsessed. They are cute, comfortable and sporty for a weekend game day outfit. They come in a bunch of colors, and water resistant if it’s a wet game.
I am so happy I discovered these sugar free syrup packets- they are a coffee and matcha game changer. They are sugar free, but also do not have any artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols and have a little fiber boost. It’s sweetened with monk fruit and IMO does not have a bad aftertaste. The vanilla and caramel are my favorite for coffee and the pistachio in a matcha is life changing. I use Pique matcha and used pistachio milk and OMG the best afternoon pick me up!
